Context & Mission

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to bring structure and clarity to a dynamic team working on strategic initiatives for a major client in the airport sector. This role is critical for organizing processes, fostering collaboration, and instilling best practices to ensure operational excellence and impactful delivery. You will act as the driving force behind aligning efforts and creating order within the team to meet ambitious objectives.

Your Role

• Oversee and manage all phases of the project: establish the overall schedule, monitor service quality, ensure deadlines are met, and achieve expected profitability.
• Work closely with colleagues and support teams to foster collaboration and align efforts toward common objectives.
• Design a project structure tailored to its specific requirements.
• Define tasks in consultation with experts and empower your project team (under your functional leadership) to execute them effectively.
• Coordinate interactions across disciplines and ensure seamless integration of all specialties within the project.
• Organize client meetings and act as a trusted partner, delivering added value throughout the project.
• Maintain technical and commercial relationships with clients and partners, and identify commercial opportunities when relevant.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• 10–15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• Experience in OT (Operational Technology) and IT environments is essential.
• Native French or Dutch speaker (both are an asset) with strong written and spoken English skills.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and a strong team player in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders. Dynamic, flexible, rigorous, and able to work under pressure. Capable of making sound decisions even in challenging situations.
