You will design, develop, and maintain the organization’s IT architecture, ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy, application landscape, and business demands. Your role is to provide expert architectural advice and define robust technological solutions that support both current and future organizational needs.

About the Role

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and documenting the global IT architecture by assessing the impact of integrating new products, services, and IT solutions into the existing ecosystem. You will define and maintain architectural standards, procedures, and guidelines for other teams to follow.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business requirements and challenging them to ensure clarity, value, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Defining sustainable, future-proof technological solutions that balance performance, scalability, flexibility, and security.
• Documenting solution definitions including components, integrations, interfaces, and data architecture (flows, migration, etc.).
• Collaborating across IT domains (technical architecture, operations, development, and security) to ensure architectural coherence.
• Validating third-party designs and assessing their impact on the current landscape.
• Communicating effectively with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Presenting unbiased solution options with pros/cons, cost, and resource estimates.
• Collecting feedback and estimations from development teams to refine solution proposals.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support project delivery by reviewing and adjusting solutions to ensure alignment with design principles and business goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
• Provide expert support to development and operations teams for complex technical challenges.
• Analyze market and technology trends, anticipating changes and recommending strategic investments.
• Participate in internal and external committees or workgroups, sharing architectural expertise and insights.

About You

Required Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience implementing complex systems, including integrations with third-party products and services.
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• High motivation, proactivity, and ability to work autonomously.

Nice to Have:

• Experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Analyst.
• Background in solution and integration design, with the ability to create architectural documentation and guidelines.
• Modeling experience (e.g., ArchiMate).
• Broad technical and functional knowledge across domains such as CRM, offer and product management, ERP, payment solutions, IAM, and reporting tools.
• Pre-sales architecture experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to address both executive and technical audiences.
• Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
